Harvey J. Scott, National Treasurer (2011-2012)
Harvey earned a B.A. in Business Management and Finance with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Southern Virginia University in 2000. He also earned Masters Degrees from Cornell University in Organizational Management and an MPA in International Development and Economics. Harvey currently resides in Southwestern Virginia with his wife and five children.
