Diane Bailey is a judicial clerk for the Honorable John R. Fisher of the D.C. Court of Appeals. She graduated from Stanford Law School in 2011, where she was a Public Interest Fellow and an editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law.
She has previously worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Offices for the District of Columbia and the Northern District of California.
Diane graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in International Relations and was President of the BYU College Democrats.
